Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, returns to his home town to keep his brother’s legacy and to join the Crossbell Police Department. The moment he gets there, he finds that the department has assigned him to the Special Support Section. This is a division which handles the odd and minor request. His new team includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who is womanizing) And Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Lloyd and his fellow colleagues carry on their quest for a more livable city, though the department they work for is criticized by the media.
